 Treat Euphrates' river water and water intake facilities from main outfall drain/third River to supply water required at CPF. Efficiently manage subordinate operational staff and enable interaction of personnel with adjacent divisions of the field to complete work plan of the functional area.  Direct the Produced Water Treatment system to handle CPF aqueous wastes originating from MP, HP separators; well pads; oily & clean water and achieve the injection water quality specifications. Superintend water injection facilities to dispose produced water and maintain the reservoir pressure.  Mentor and educate local Middle Eastern staff with development programs encompassing introduction to “Ensure Safe Production” philosophy and improve operational procedures.  Recognized contribution and merit to the successful start-up of the West Qurna-2 Field Project in the Republic of Iraq.  Supervised the operation and maintenance of water treatment at CPF aqueous wastes in compliance with the injection water quality specifications.  Gauged data and regulated treatment processes while recommending improvements and modifications.

 Managed large-scale oil & gas production field of 34 well pads, crude oil and produced water treatment process facilities, tank farm, high-pressure pump station and water injection facilities, oil-filling unit, low-pressure gas booster station and more than 100 km of oil gathering and high-pressure pipeline system. Steady production of 40 000 bopd at the liquid extraction of 285 000 blpd from more than 350 producer wells in the arctic conditions.  Established robust technological processes and various operations in accordance with approved project and regulations of labour protection, safety and environmental safety. Led commissioning procedures while implementing targets for volume of crude oil and gas production.  Assessed production and quality control operation to detect and correct problems in oil and gas production.  Organised timely inspections and tested equipment to conduct preventive maintenance, as well as upgrade existing equipment and technological systems to improve productivity and efficiency. More than 350 production wells and more than 200 injection wells. Oil target - 4500 tons of crude oil per day. 10 Water supply wells. Natural Flow and Artificial Lift:  Provided timely and quality execution of work through the organisation of effective interaction of structural units of the operator and contractors. Compiled proposals to reduce the number of well equipment failures, increase MTBF and overhaul life of down hole equipment. ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump):  Selected ESP equipment for wells operation in line with the specifications for well operation.  Controlled and stabilised the production at the ESP operated wells associated with shut-down and bringing back into operation procedures by the established deadlines. Developed proposals to align equipment operating parameters with ESP specifications and hydrodynamic parameters of the wells.  Seamlessly coordinated contractors' activities aimed at preparation of ESP operated wells and drafted documents related to operation of wells and equipment. Scheduled anti-scaling, anti-corrosion and anti-deposits of asphalts, resins, and paraffin treatment of ESP operated wells.
